About tecari designs

My name is Tessa and I am the owner and artist behind Tecari Designs.

I started my business in Autumn of 2023 with the aim of bringing joy to others but also myself. I felt stuck in my previous job and being creative allows me to express the best parts of myself. Knowing the life that I wanted, I decided to quit my job as a Property Consultant and embark on my small business journey.

I studied Design for Textiles at Heriot-Watt University and fell in love with the design process for print. I have a degree in Printed Textiles and I wanted to use my passion and knowledge to create Tecari Designs. I specialise in digitally drawn art prints where I create playful, fun designs; my main aim is to put a smile on peoples faces for those that come across my work. I aim to provide high quality art prints whilst equally being as sustainable as I can be. The quality of the paper and the nature of it are really important to me. I try to use papers that are recycled and FSC certified where possible. I am always looking for ways to make my work affordable whilst also being kind to the planet. Therefore when you purchase an item from Tecari Designs you know you've made an environmentally friendly decision.
